Direct Documents was started in 2006 by our founder after working in the insurance industry for two years as a claims adjuster. He found it frustrating how long police reports took to receive, and felt that the requesting and receiving process was outdated and unnecessarily slow. Jared devised an online system that greatly expedited the police report ordering method. By moving the requesting process completely online, report turnaround time has been greatly reduced. However, quickly receiving reports is only one part of the equation. Jared understands how important it is for his customers to be able to communicate with him, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer questions, provide updates, and facilitate the report ordering process.
